From June 6–9, 2025, we hosted a 4-day, 3-night retreat at the stunning Villa Saga in Kirkkonummi, Finland. Set in a serene and inspiring environment, the weekend was designed to deepen your yoga practice while nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. Each day was filled with asana, pranayama, meditation, and workshops, offering opportunities to explore both strength and ease through the practice of sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease). Between practices, we immersed ourselves in the natural surroundings with refreshing lake swims, relaxing saunas, and quiet moments of rest, while evenings were enriched by kirtan chanting and shared connection. Guests also enjoyed delicious, nourishing meals, creating a holistic experience of movement, mindfulness, playfulness, and relaxation. The retreat provided the perfect space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with oneself, with others, and with the peaceful Finnish landscape.
