I was delighted to be invited to lead a week-long retreat at INEA Yoga on the beautiful Greek island of Corfu, alongside my good friend and amazing facilitator Hayley. Over the week, WE guided guests through multiple daily yoga and meditation classes, offering space for growth, reflection, and connection. Together, we curated opportunities to unwind, enjoy additional activities SUCH AS BOAT TRIPS AND HIKES, and soak up the Greek sun and the sparkling waters of the Ionian Sea, creating a retreat experience that nourished both body and mind.
