what to expect

Paris Yoga Club Sunday Sessions are a fun and lighthearted one-hour practice, shared among a community of friendly faces. The classes are completely beginner-friendly; a safe space to try something new, and an inviting environment for those with more experience to explore their practice.

The club’s simple, inclusive approach embraces all aspects of yoga: movement, breath, mindfulness, and connection. Each session offers a relaxed, grounding space to unwind, have fun, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and part of a welcoming community.

with lucy now in australia, Gwen, Pippa, and Erik have taken over to lovingly host the Paris sessions, keeping the same warmth, joy, and accessibility that have always defined the club.

  • Gwen

    Gwen is a French-American yoga teacher based in Paris, trained in over 1,200 hours of yoga. Her classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment, all within a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.

  • Pippa

    Pippa is a Yoga teacher based in Paris. Deeply in love with the practice and its roots, she draws inspiration from her travels, her teachers, and her ongoing study of the yogic tradition. Guided by the breath, her classes blend intelligent sequencing, mindful alignment, and intuitive flow. With warmth and presence, Pippa shares yoga as a living practice — one that connects, grounds, and opens the heart.

  • Erik

    A creative from a young age, Erik discovered yoga in 2016 while living in Berlin. His classes are described as strong, and challenging but soft, and, with deep listening and details. Erik wants to share the Yoga teachings with authenticity and sincerity, he believes Yoga is a powerful tool to assist human progress, body & mind awareness, and intelligence.
